BOEKINGSPROCES

• De overeenkomst tot het huren van de studio komt enkel via de mail tot stand.
• Bij het uitvragen van de beschikbaarheid van de studio worden 1 of meerdere data doorgegeven. Hiermee zijn deze data niet gereserveerd en nog vrij te boeken door andere partijen. Pas wanneer een datum in optie is genomen of is geboekt, is de datum gereserveerd.
• Een datum wordt standaard voor een periode van een week in optie genomen. Zonder bericht van de geïnteresseerde partij wordt de datum weer vrijgegeven en kan deze door anderen worden geboekt.
• Bij een definitieve boeking worden de datum, tijd, prijs en overige details definitief vastgesteld.

FACTURATIE

• Voor factuurbedragen boven de €1000,- excl. btw vragen wij om een aanbetaling van 50%, te voldoen minimaal 30 dagen voor de huurdatum.
• De totale factuur dient een week voor de huurdatum te zijn voldaan.
• Indien de factuur zonder overleg na twee schriftelijke herinneringen een maand na de huurdatum niet is betaald, wordt deze overgedragen aan een incassobureau.

DE HUUR

• Tijdens de huur is de huurder zelf verantwoordelijk voor hetgeen in de studio plaatsvindt.
• Eventuele uitloop is mogelijk wanneer de agenda dit toelaat en dient tijdig telefonisch met de host gecommuniceerd te worden.
• De extra benodigde tijd wordt per half uur in rekening gebracht tegen de gerekende huurprijs.

ANNULERINGSVOORWAARDEN
Indien de huur niet door kan gaan, ongeacht de reden, gelden de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden.

Annulering door huurder:

• Annuleren van de huur gaat per mail naar info@thewhitedoorstudio.nl.
• Tot 30 dagen van tevoren kan de boeking kosteloos worden geannuleerd of verplaatst.
• Tot 14 dagen van tevoren kan de boeking worden geannuleerd of verplaatst tegen een betaling van 50% van de totale huurprijs.
• 14 dagen of minder van tevoren kan de boeking niet meer worden geannuleerd of verplaatst en wordt de volledige huurprijs in rekening gebracht.

Annulering door verhuurder, The White Door Studio:

• Indien de studio door overmacht niet verhuurd kan worden, wordt in overleg met de huurder een nieuwe datum gekozen. 
• De huurder krijgt in dit geval 50% korting op de originele huurprijs.
• De verhuurder kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor reeds gemaakte kosten door de huurder.

HUISREGELS

• Gebruik onze muziekinstallatie met respect voor de buren.
• Houd de voordeur gesloten wanneer iedereen achterin de studio is.
• Plak nooit iets op de muren, zelfs de lichtste tape beschadigt de kalkverf.
• Til items ten alle tijden om de vloer te beschermen.
• Het gebruik van olie, verf en andere producten die onherstelbare schade aan onze studio en inrichting kunnen toebrengen is niet toegestaan.
• In het geval van workshops, ceremonies en events: Kleding blijft ten alle tijden aan en activiteiten die als sexueel kunnen worden geïnterpreteerd zijn niet toegestaan. 
• Zet verplaatst interieur terug op de originele plaats.
• Verplaats de XXL ficus in pot niet.
• Ruim alle gebruikte props zoals matjes, matrasjes en schapenvachtjes zelf netjes op.
• Zet de afwas na afloop in de vaatwasser.
• Gooi restafval, karton en glas weg in de bakken schuin tegenover de studio.
• Laat de studio bezemschoon achter.
• Reken gebruikte retail items af aan het einde van de huur.
• De microfoon (headset) kan alleen in overleg en onder extra voorwaardes worden gebruikt.
• Meld beschadigingen aan het interieur, de studio of apparatuur aan de host en tevens na afloop per mail. De reparatie- of vervangingskosten worden volledig verhaald op de huurder.
• Wanneer onze huisregels worden geschonden, behouden we het recht de huur te beëindigen, wordt de volledige vastgestelde prijs in rekening gebracht en wordt eventuele materiële schalen verhaald.

INRICHTING STUDIO

• Alle items die aanwezig zijn in de studio mogen gebruikt en gefotografeerd worden tijdens de huur, mits de originele staat wordt behouden.
• Wanneer de intentie is de douches, wastafels en/of keuken te gebruiken tijdens de huur moet dit tijdig worden doorgegeven. Zo kunnen wij ervoor zorgen dat bij aanvang van de huur geen gebruikssporen zichtbaar zijn.
• Het beeld op onze website is een verzameling van eigen beeld en dat van klanten. Niet al deze meubels en styling items zijn in de studio aanwezig.
• Voor een actueel overzicht verwijzen wij naar het onderdeel “aanwezig meubilair” op de pagina’s fotostudio en event locatie.

PRIVACY

• Wij respecteren uw privacy.
• Persoonlijke- en bedrijfsgegevens worden nooit gedeeld met een derde partij.
• Wij slaan de volgende gegevens op: e-mail adres + factuurgegevens.

AKKOORD

• Bij het boeken van onze studio gaat de huurder akkoord met bovengenoemde voorwaarden.
• Een link naar onze voorwaarden wordt meegestuurd bij de boekings bevestiging, waarmee wij er vanuit gaan dat de voorwaardes bekend zijn.

BOOKING PROCESS

• The agreement to rent the studio is only concluded via email.
• When inquiring about the availability of the studio, one or more dates will be provided. These dates are not reserved and are still available for booking by other parties. Only when a date has been optioned or booked it is reserved.
• A date is automatically taken as an option for a period of one week. Without notification from the interested party, the date will be released and can be booked by others.
• Upon final booking, the date, time, price, and other details are finalized.

INVOICING

• For invoice amounts above €1000 excluding VAT, we require a 50% deposit, payable at least 30 days before the rental date.
• The total invoice must be paid one week before the rental date.
• If without consultation the invoice has not been paid after two written reminders one month after the rental date, it will be transferred to a collection agency.

THE RENTAL

• During the rental period, the renter is responsible for what takes place in the studio.
• Extensions are possible if the schedule allows and must be communicated to the host by telephone in a timely manner.
• The extra time required will be charged per half hour at the calculated rental price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the rental cannot take place, regardless of the reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation by renter:

• Cancellation of the rental must be sent by email to info@thewhitedoorstudio.nl.
• Up to 30 days in advance, the booking can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge.
• Up to 14 days in advance, the booking can be canceled or rescheduled for a fee of 50% of the total rental price.
• 14 days or less in advance, the booking can no longer be canceled or rescheduled and the full rental price will be charged.

Cancellation by The White Door Studio:

• If the studio cannot be rented due to force majeure, a new date will be chosen in consultation with the renter.
• In this case, the renter will receive a 50% discount on the original rental price.
• The White Door cannot be held liable for any costs already incurred by the renter.

HOUSE RULES

• Please use our music system with respect for the neighbors.
• Keep the front door closed when everyone is at the back of the studio.
• Never stick anything on the walls, even the lightest tape damages the lime paint.
• Lift items at all times to protect the floor.
• The use of oil, paint, and other products that could cause irreparable damage to our studio and furnishings is not permitted.
• In the case of workshops, ceremonies, and events: Clothing must remain on at all times, and activities that could be interpreted as sexual are not permitted.
• Return any moved furniture to its original place.
• Do not move the XXL ficus in its pot through the studio.
• Tidy up all used props such as mats, mattresses, and sheepskins yourself.
• Put the dishes in the dishwasher afterwards.
• Dispose of residual waste, cardboard, and glass in the bins diagonally opposite the studio.
• Leave the studio swept clean.
• Pay for used retail items at the end of the rental period.
• The microphone (headset) can only be used in consultation and under additional conditions.
• Report any damage to the interior, studio, or equipment to the host and also by email afterwards. The repair or replacement costs will be fully recovered from the renter.
• If our house rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate the rental, charge the full agreed price, and recover any material damage.

STUDIO INTERIOR

• All items present in the studio may be used and photographed during the rental period, provided they are returned to their original condition and location.
• If you intend to use the showers, sinks, and/or kitchen during the rental period, please let us know in advance. This will allow us to ensure that there are no signs of use at the start of the rental period.
• The images on our website are a collection of our own images and those of our customers. Not all of these furniture and styling items are available in the studio.

PRIVACY

• We respect your privacy.
• Personal and company data will never be shared with third parties.
• We store the following data: email address + billing information.

AGREEMENT

• By booking our studio, the renter agrees to the above terms and conditions.
• A link to our terms and conditions are be included with the booking confirmation, by which we assume that the terms and conditions are known.
