The idea behind MYLK was born in sunny Bali and brought toreality by Elena, the founder of the island’s vegan hot spot Alchemy www.alchemybali.com @alchemybali Seeing as porridge is too hot for Bali jungle life, Elena decided to bring her warm idea to Amsterdam. Partnering up together with Amsterdamers Casper Reinders and Esgo Kuiper, the trio launched MYLK in March 2017. Elena is a lover of all things pleasure-related, a writerand a self-proclaimed foodie. She has been working with plant-based foodconcepts the last ten years and traveling all over the world. Elena has co-authored the trendy vegan cookbook: The Alchemist.
