All you can change is yourself, and the people around you will change with you.
What is happiness? In this workshop we will do some uplifting practices, a combination of yoga with other movements, and little exercises to show you how the mind works and what can help to feel more in peace with yourself.
Like we probably all know, sometimes you cannot explain why you don’t feel happy. Life keeps changing, things happen, emotions come and go. Try to ask yourself, what do you need to be happy?
Can you decide to be happy? Can you take the responsibility of your own happiness, and learn what helps for you to stay happy in your body and mind? I think you can, sometimes it takes time, but I know if you want it you can find it back. In this workshop I will do some practices and talk with you about the things that can help to be or stay happy with whoever you are right now. From Bali to Amsterdam @laviederoosaparis
