All you can change is yourself, and the people around you will change with you.
Decide to be happy, learn to understand the bumps in the road, grow from them, focus on the good, let go of what’s gone, be grateful, be kind, learn from mistakes and stay positive, be responsible for your own happiness.
HAPPINESS it’s something we all want: feeling good, to be okay, to wake up with a smile, to be happy for who you are right now. Not more successful, not more muscular or more skinny, more tall or short, not younger or older, just being happy being YOU.
Like from Bridget Jones: “ I like you, just the way you are” This is something we sometimes forget to say to ourselves. It’s our monkey mind, the moment we have time to think, with this I mean the moment we have no life problems that take over our monkey mind. we can start to be hard on ourselves and constantly want more from ourselves.
But in the end we all want the same: Just being happy, and to feel good.

• Come in your yoga outfit for the practice and maybe bring a sweater for the meditation
