Join us for our educational and fun gut health workshop, where nutritional advice meets creative fermentation.
What will you learn?
You will learn to understand why the gut plays such an important role in our physical and mental health. We will be talking about the influencing factors on our gut health and how you can easily incorporate gut health promoting foods into your life.
Aside from the theory, we also want you to get your hands dirty during a fermentation workshop. We will be fermenting different foods, combining and adding exciting flavours, colour combinations and showing you the variety of different and simple possibilities.
Annalena is a certified integrative nutrition coach and has been working in the field of health and nutrition for 2 years now. She believes in body positivity and positive nutrition. Her aim is to help clients to create a healthy and happy relationship with food and to provide them with the necessary tools to make it last.
Julia is a chef with experience in all from Michelin starred kitchens to her own food truck-concept. For the past years, Julia has been focusing on running her company delivering creative, flavourful and sustainable street food at some of the largest music festivals in The Netherlands. Her aim is to awaken people’s lust for creative, good looking and unsophisticated food that benefits the mind, body and planet.
Annalena and Julia decided to join forces in order to bring theoretical information into fun practice, showing people that with a few, creative tools anyone can become a master of their own gut health with food that actually taste delicious and is easy to make.
