This workshop is provided by the Wholesome Movement – a movement to bring wholesomeness to our work-lives and our daily lives. We will practise a series of Four Guided Wholesome Exercises in this workshop. Participants are advised to dress comfortably. Yoga gear is not required for this workshop.
Our first exercise will be awareness of our relaxed energy. From this space, we will set an intent for attending this workshop. After every exercise, we will observe our journey towards or away from our intent without judgement.
Our second exercise will be chanting a compassion mantra. A mantra that will fill us with love at times of suffering and let us be in the here and the now. The mantra is not religious or spiritual and can be used in daily conversation for effective communication.
Our third exercise will be asking a fundamental question – WHO AM I. We will practise an answer to this question provided by Vedanta – the most comprehensive Indian spiritual text and observe how it lightens the way we feel.
Our fourth and final exercise will be a writing activity to focus our thoughts.
